Strathclyde's opening match of the BUCS Premiership season was played under the lights at Millerston. The home team had a good start when they forced the opening goal of the game. Leeds had the best of it from there though and had built a 3-1 lead by halftime. Strathclyde had a lot more pressure iduring the second half but conceded a further goal late on. The final score was 4-1 to Leeds.
